However, if FyRing does not appear in the search screen at all, please check the following:
1. Ensure that the smart ring is sufficiently charged.
2. Get closer to the smart ring.
3. Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
4. Check if the smart ring is not connected to another mobile phone.
5. Verify that Bluetooth and location access permissions are granted.
6. Try enabling Bluetooth again.
7. Try granting Bluetooth and location access permissions again.
8. Try rebinding the smart ring.
9. Restart the app or your mobile phone if necessary.

Inside the ring, there are three sensor protrusions. Align these three protrusions with the indentations on the holder of the charging case, ensuring that the bulge on the outside of the ring faces directly downwards, and then set it in place.

During charging, it is normal for some electrical energy to be converted into thermal energy, so a temperature increase of up to around 45 degrees Celsius is not an issue. However, if you feel it noticeably hot, please stop charging immediately.

A.Since FyRing can emit Bluetooth signals for up to 10 days, try searching for it using the FyRing App in places where it may have been lost during that time. If you still can't find it, lost users can purchase a new one for 16,000 yen plus tax (50% off the retail price).
